The operation of the machine

The principle of operation of profilehere is that the workpiece is clamped by the three lower rollers, and is rolled under pressure between them. The upper shaft, which is equipped with a hydraulic clamp is raised and lowered, thereby setting the radius of curvature of the product. Comfortable working conditions for operator are provided by a mobile management console. Sturdy frame of profilehere also contributes to the high quality production and maximum precision in both the horizontal and vertical position of the machine. The unit can be equipped with NC and CNC controller that will control the production process according to one hundred established programs in manual or automatic mode.
