The principle of operation
The machine consists of a casing (made of iron) and the shafts with replaceable rolling rollers (hardened steel).
Processing is carried out by rolling the workpiece between two rollers, which rotate in opposite directions. The thickness of the formable metal is defined by the distance between the rollers, which is modified due to the movement of one of the shafts. The shafts are rotated by the actuator.
