Shu321 cylindrical grinding machine designed for grinding outer, front and inner surfaces of parts with cylindrical and conical shape by grinding.

When grinding the outer surfaces of the part can be fixed in the centers, or clamped in the Chuck. When grinding the inner surfaces of the clamp part is clamped only in the Chuck.

The machine spindle is equipped with a special hydraulic supports, which allows to achieve the roughness of the machined surface of 0.4 µm and tolerances of deviation from roundness of the machined surface in the cross section in the range of 0.0025 mm cylindricity – within 0.01 mm.

Cylindrical grinding machine has a hydraulic feed control that allows a cyclic treatment of surfaces with minimal costs primary and auxiliary processing time.

Cylindrical grinding machine offers easy system setup and management, enabling the changeover between the same type of parts as well as between settings for grinding outer and inner surfaces with minimal time spent.
