New machine for cleaning onions, which cut off the head and heel, blows, separeret until fully cooked. Stainless steel. Inverter machine with adjustable speed. The optimal speed - 65 bulbs / min capacity 400 kg / hour. Maximum power consumption the compressor 11 kW. Replaceable nozzles.
The machine is available in different colors, it is also possible the execution completely in stainless steel.
