Gear food pumps R "Viсtor Pumps (Italy) have a special modification designed for pumping such environments as:
- chocolate mass;
butter cocoa beans;
- semi-finished chocolate production,
syrup;
caramel;
- molasses;
- cooking oil;
- margarine;
- palm oil.
Design features of gear pumps:
1. Increased size between the gear teeth, as well as between the gears and the housing, to reduce the effect of abrasive properties
2. Heated(steam or electric heating) pump casing, to prevent solidification of the chocolate inside the pump.
3. Pumps for pumping the chocolate mass is designed to work at speeds not exceeding 180 rpm
4. A special type of seal is designed to work with food environments
