The grease. The grease trap. Fat separator
Offer type: salePublished: 01.04.2015
The separator body fat and starches are used for cleaning of industrial water with a high content of fats. Waste discharges from this type of hampers the flow of natural biological purification processes, as well as adversely affect the correct functioning of the Autonomous Sewerage systems. Grease interceptors, such as a grease trap, flow-through, which means that the separation of water oils and medium stable emulsions from the rest of the effluents produced in them by mechanical means during the passage of the wastewater stream through the separator. Due to the nature of the mechanism of action fat separator is able partially to detain easily falling slurry, which is collected in the sludge collection chamber at the bottom of the grease trap. With proper selection of the rated capacity, and with the passage of the nominal flow, the working surface of the separator is sufficient to ensure that large drops of fat has risen to the surface and connected in a homogeneous layer.
