Rumble strips, produced by us, consists of a frame made of sheet stainless steel AISI 321 (304) and a separating element comprising a woven mesh type SRGM, AWG,PSA TU U 28.7-30895845.001-2001, made of stainless steel wire AISI 321, 316Ti, or any other brand at the request of customers. For ease of installation through a hatch technological device, the bump is made of segments of size 220 - 500 mm Sizes of the segments provide an exact match with the supporting beams to provide comfort and build quality of the bump stop inside the device, because the key to good separation in operation will be high-quality Assembly with a uniform density distribution grid over the whole working area without defects such as holes, smati and damage grid geometry.
Braided mesh type SRGM, AWG, PSA, are unique in their mechanical properties, which allows a wide range to adjust the performance characteristics of separating part of the bump stop.
The effectiveness of the grid is reflected in the fact that the separators and the other column apparatus structure of the assembled filter unit creates a lot of obstacles on the winding path of gas flow, due to a high surface area of contact for the collection of liquid and dirt contamination.
