Regular packing Propects (Mellapak type) for columns of our production, are also used for the separation and heat and mass transfer processes (distillate, rectification, absorption, desorption). Structurally, the nozzles are formed from vertically placed corrugated metal sheets (foil) or woven meshes with the angle, pitch and height of the corrugation in accordance with the desired specific surface area of contact layers to form open cells with inclined flow channels.
For ease of installation tips are manufactured in the form of blocks in accordance with the design of the device and the diameter of the manhole manhole. In the manufacture of blocks of corrugated sheets are joined by spot welding at a special template.
