Pump shaft seal - single face or double sealing with soft padding. In transitional pipe on the suction pipeline there is a hatch for inspection and cleaning of the entrance to RA-work station of a restorer wheel. Most permissible excess pressure on the intake side of the pump with mechanical seal - 0.35 MPa (3.5 kgf/cm2), with Salnikov seal - 0.1 MPa (1.0 in kgf/cm2).
