The oil station SG-18-40A is made on the basis of gear pump and has one hydroline flow 14 l/min at a nominal pressure arm.
The oil station is equipped with a safety valve, the ball valve to relieve pressure in the hydraulic system and drain fine filter. To improve the efficiency of the hydraulic oil station is equipped with a hydraulic accumulator. To control and set the working pressure in the hydraulic system, the oil station is equipped with glycerinogenes vibration pressure gauge. To limit the heating of the oil in the hydraulic system, the oil station SG-18-40A is equipped with a liquid heat exchanger built into the tank.
The oil station must operate on pure mineral oils with a kinematic viscosity of from 20 to 213 mm2/s, with a purity of not coarser grade 11.
