The pipe Assembly is a single structure thanks connection between the steel pipe and the insulating layer of polyurethane foam, and communication between the foam and the outer shell material. These links are key in ensuring the normal operation of the piping system during operation. Strong coupling between all elements of the pipe Assembly (steel, foam and PE) is achieved in the production process due to preliminary blasting steel pipe, properly selected characteristics of the foam and the obligatory processing of the high voltage corona discharge from the inner surface of the plastic shell.
