Machine loading mine PNA is designed for loading blasted rock any strength and abrasiveness in the trolley, conveyor or other vehicle when the sinking of horizontal mine workings on developing underground deposits minerals and construction of underground structures.
The machine produces loading rock mass with particle size pieces up to 600 mm in the workings height of not less than 2.85 m from the rail head. The loading is carried out with the track on which moves machine.
The machine consists of the following main units: - mechanism of movement, turntable, the lifting mechanism, the working body, remote control, mechanism of rotation, and the irrigation system.
Loading machine PPNA periodic action with the lower grip of the rock mass, direct loading, with wheel-rail mechanism of movement, tether stabilization work body and a pneumatic drive.
The machine is quite simple design, easy operation and maintenance, efficient and reliable.
To reduce fatigue operator the machine is equipped with a muffler and anti-vibration step.
