DESIGN FEATURES

High-strength housing made of nodular cast iron (standard) for DN40 - DN150.

The bolts gasketed enclosure (DN40 - DN250) are outside and not in contact with the working environment.

"Neveltui" spindle rotates in a brass sleeve that provides a low friction force.

Axial play of the spindle during operation is selected by means of a nut, while the locking arm.

The dynamic seal spindle thanks to the two o-rings in each groove.

The ball seat is made of PTFE (PTFE with graphite to reduce friction and greater elasticity.

Seat ball spring-loaded inserts of elastomer having greater elasticity than steel springs.

The smoothness and small moments of force when opening/closing.

The cranes are equipped with standard flanges for installation electric and pneumatic drives according to ISO 5211 (DN40 - DN250) that allows you to easily install any drive without disassembly of the crane.
