Design:
High-tech butterfly NAVAL metal sealing
designed with good thermal tolerances and are used for
shut off the flow, providing a constant density and ease in
management. Butterfly NAVAL are used as shut-off and
control valves.
Properties:
Butterfly valves are equipped with a metal seal. The shutter housing is made of carbon steel and the disc - stainless.
The shutter has:
Installation with double eccentricity, which allows you to customize it
outside and ensures high tightness when closed, the desktop
body.
Special profile disk (representing a segment of a toroid -
the patented design, which allows you to open and
to close the disc with virtually no wear and thereby extends the life
service shutter.
Most average landing angle, eliminating sticking and jamming of the disc in the closed position.
Class density: ISO 5208, class D and GOST 9544-93.
All valves meet the requirements of the Directive EC pressure (97/23/EY) and manufactured under category III.
In procedure compliance module is used "H". NAVAL OY
