Ball valve shut-off designed for steel

the working medium flow in pipelines transporting gas, water
cold, hot, oil, steam, liquefied gas and other
slightly aggressive environments at temperatures from - 40 OC to + 200 oC. Ball
made of stainless steel, the sealing ring on the handle and
ball - PTFE. The average life of the product - 2000 cycles within
service life of 10 years.
Effective diameter (mm): 15; 20; 25; 32; 40; 50; 65/50; 80; 100/80;
100; 125/100; 150/100; 150; 200/150; 200; 250/200; 250; 300/250 according to GOST
28343-89/ISO 7121-86.
On demand of the customer are made of different combinations of the basic parts of the structural material.
Ball valve is manufactured in two versions:
* for quick open-close - grip;
* for slow opening-closing and prevent hydraulic shock mechanism for smooth opening - gear
Material of main parts CSSS:
o handle, flanges, casing, pipe fitting, bushing - steel construction;
o ball - stainless steel;
o rod - stainless steel;
o ring seal - Teflon.
