The principle of action dryer drum-type AVM is the fact that the heat produced is required for evaporation of moisture energy, which is applied to wet wood chips. Type of heat source is selected based on the required power and the available coolant (wood, bark, sawdust, wood chips, peat, briquettes and pellets from wood ,straw, husk sunflower, coal and other fuels). Further, the heated dry air through the fan is fed into the drying chamber, a device which allows for the most rational distribution of air flow and thus with minimal losses the heat required to vaporize the moisture. The wet air outlet passes through the cyclone where it settles in the dried material, and then through the chimney into the atmosphere.

- Conveyor

The conveyor is designed for accurate dosing and raw material supply from feeder biomass drying the reel. It consists of a body, the scraper conveyor blade, the motor-reducer.

-Heat

- Clothes dryer

- Transport system and cooling of dry biomass

Transport system and cooling dry biomass performs the following functions: pneumatic transportation of dry biomass from drainage system of dry biomass (crusher), the allocation of biomass from the air flow, cooling and loading biomass in the press . Consists of pipe and a cyclone in the upper part which fan installed in the lower part feeder, driven in the rotation of the gear motor.
