New balancing device from the company BALTECH allows for dynamic balancing of rotating machines in their own bearings at operating speed. The main cause of excessive vibration rotating machinery is an imbalance, and as a result, heating and destruction the bearings. BALTECH has developed this device for balancing fans, smoke exhausters and motors.
Dynamic balancing is carried out on 3 planes and 8 the control points of the machine vibration. Balancing is performed in three stages: measurement of initial vibration and phase, trial run, calculation and installation the balancing masses, the control start. Built-in vector calculator allows you to add or subtract vectors, if it is impossible to install the estimated weight in this position. The new system allows preliminary vibration analysis of harmonics of the rotation frequency for determine the cause of excessive vibration. The protocols of the balancing saved in the device memory and can be transferred into the program BALTECH Expert.
