The program multiplane balancing, software for balancing, balancing of rotors

Software for balancing BALTECH Balance developed by BALTECH and is intended for calculation of the balancing masses. This independent calculator balancing, which can be used with instruments from any manufacturer. The program allows rotors balancing machines with any measure of the phase and amplitude of vibration. Built-in calculator of the proof mass will help with the calculation of test data the cargo. Initial data for calculation of (values of vibration levels and phase) should be measured existing device (for example, BALTECH VP) and entered into the program manually. For convenience for dynamic balancing in the field the program comes with a laptop.

Distinctive features of the balancing program BALTECH Balance:

· The maximum number of balancing planes and points of measurement, in principle, indefinitely, in the current version of set value: 4 - the maximum number of planes, 16 is the maximum number of points, but these numbers can be increased according to your order up to 128 planes and 256 points.

· Measuring point and plane balancing can be easily (one click) added (removed) and once you can produce recalculation.

· The ability to perform "podblanicke" the results of the installation of corrective masses without the need to install trial cargoes. Possible calculation of balancing loads without trial installation mass for balansirovavshei previously mechanisms according to the results of previous balancing rotors (using the estimated dynamic factors of influence).

· The calculation for different conditions balancing (test load is removed/not removed, the angles are the direction of rotor rotation / anti-rotation).

· There are additional tools for automation of some standard when undertaking balancing actions:

- evaluation the size of the proof mass;

- division of vector imbalance;

- summation vectors imbalance.

Before performing the calculation checks the correctness of the information when dynamic balancing (proof mass must not be zero, the vibration data for different points do not contradict each other and so on). If the detected problem it displays an appropriate warning.

Protocol balancing can be saved to a file or directly copied to word processor. The balancing Protocol is stored in the automatic mode.

Entered data balancing can be saved and used later when the adjustment mechanism.
