Induction heaters
series "Heater Induction" are
for heating bearings, gears, coupling and any ring
metal working parts for easy mounting on the shaft when fitted tightly.
The heating process is automatically controlled by means of the contact sensor
temperature, mounted on the inner ring of the bearing (details). When
the set temperature is reached, heating is stopped and is
automatic degaussing details. When using induction
heaters energy is expended only on heating parts. When heating oil
baths, energy is spent on heating of the bath, oil volume, and control
temperature, very often not carried out. This leads to underheating or
overheating, and therefore, improper installation details. Heating possible
two ways: with temperature control or time. All induction
heaters in the package are heat-resistant gloves and sets of cores.
Large heaters for easy operation come with
transport trolleys.
