The program BALTECH Expert is designed to manage databases and work with the analyzer BALTECH VP, the thermal and alignment systems.
Features:
· to create a route measurement for vibration;
· to load it into the analyzer;
· after measurements to unload the measuring data;
· to enter measurement data manually;
· to view the measurement data;
· to obtain an estimate of the condition of the equipment (including and at all levels of the hierarchy);
· to view and analyze the trends of vibration parameters and temperature over time;
· save the measurement results in a convenient use the catalog system, built in the form of a tree: OU - [any number of units] mechanism;
· to import reports, alignment and thermal imaging survey.
CONTROLS PROGRAM (USER INTERFACE)
The program has a standard structure and management tools. When working with it can be used as a keyboard of a personal computer (which speeds up standard operations), and "mouse".
THE MAIN PROGRAM WINDOW
The main program window consists of menus, toolbars, and three Windows:
Window hardware;
- Viewer results;
- Box route.
Window hardware may consist of multiple bookmarks to facilitate navigation through the hierarchy (if, for example, the hierarchical structure of the equipment - the tree has too many items). The current state of the equipment displays an additional icon. Possible types of States:
- well
- valid
- unacceptable
- uncertain (no measurements)
