Calculator for multiplane balancing BALTECH Balance
Offer type: salePublished: 28.02.2015
Calculator for multiplane balancing BALTECH Balance
is intended for calculation of the balancing weights (masses). It is an independent,
independent calculator balancing, which can be used with devices
any manufacturer. The program is not bound to any device, so
allows balancing of machines and mechanisms with any measure of
the phase and amplitude of vibration. Built-in calculator of the proof mass will help with the calculation
data from the pilot of the cargo. Initial data for calculation (values of vibration levels and
phase) should be measured existing device and inserted into the program
manually.
Program features balancing BALTECH Balance:
- The maximum number
planes balancing and measuring points unlimited
- Execution
"podblanicke" on the installation results of corrective masses without
installation required test loads. Calculation of balancing loads without
installation of the test masses for already balansirovavshei mechanisms results
previous balancing (using the previously calculated dynamic
the influence coefficients).
- The calculation for different conditions
balance (test load is removed/not removed, corners
considered in the direction of rotor rotation / anti-rotation).
- Additional tools
to automate routine actions when balancing:
- the estimation of the trial
mass;
- division of vector
imbalance;
- the summation of the vectors
imbalances.
