Dual saw Alfamacchine T200 designed for precise cutting of baguette.
She has exceptional cutting capability and easily baguette cut up to 200mm wide.
Two disks fixed at angles of 45° and horizontal moves forward/backward, controlled by the pneumatic control system in the model T200P or manually in the standard model.
The system clamps with automatic adjustment fixes the baguette when sawing.
