Plums are placed in a work tank with a flexible membrane having the form of a funnel with a niche at the bottom. In the membrane rises, leaving in a niche one fruit that falls hex knife, push the bone into the empty space. Fruit remains on a knife's edge, after which it is released and rolls down the chute in capacity behind the machine.
There are three sizes niche for fruits:
