The Institute of vine and wine "Magarach" for the first time in Ukraine developed by the pump unit for pumping pulp, mash, juice, juice with pulp, yeasts and lightened precipitation, wine, wines, and other fluid environments. The pump unit is made as in the mobile and stationary.
The installation is designed with the least impact on the pumped product. Constructive parameters of flow area optimized to obtain the most uniform flow, a greater height of self-suction, reduce the "neutral" space, and, consequently, a sharp reduction in oxidation of the pumped product, as well as loss of aromatics. To get the kind of results has allowed the use baskatong pump drive original design instead of the traditional crank.
Valve box, made of bronze, supplied with push-seated stainless steel with specially profiled surface that made it practically possible to prevent wear of the valves.
The valve box has a bypass line that allows you to clean the box in case of clogging and to reduce the pump flow.
The pump cylinder is made of stainless steel, which virtually eliminates wear when pumping abrasive media, including those containing bentonite, diatomaceous earth, etc.
The free space between the pump housing and the housing allows you to quickly and accurately replace the stuffing box.
In the reducer used grease instead of liquid, which prevents the leakage of oil and contamination of the premises.
The gear on the shaft is sealed with a special cuff that prevents penetration of the pumped product in the gearbox housing.
Front swivel truck installation is equipped with a braking device, it switches on and shutting off automatically depending on the handle position for which the installation of the move. When stationary placement of the holes for the anchor bolts is the same as that of the PMN-28.
In the design of the facility applied and also other substantial improvements, previously in such devices are not used.
