CH4 - complex additive for mixtures fibrobeton

CH4 is a multifunctional complex Supplement for fibrobeton mixtures in the manufacture of edgings products.

Multifunctional complex additive CH4:
- improves the surface quality and the intensity of the colors of concrete, prevents the formation of efflorescence on concrete products;
- increases the final strength of the product up to 30% of the grade strength;
- reduces water absorption products, and increases the density of the concrete mix in the formation;
- creates conditions in order to secure the degree of compaction of the concrete mix in the absence of adhesion to the formwork or the molding die;
- accelerates the setting time of the product at the initial time;
- the manufacture of concrete edgings of all classes in compressive strength up to grade 50, high strength concrete, reinforced concrete, including prestressed products and structures and the use of highly active cements, including for the purpose of regulation (speed up) the process of setting of concrete mixtures and
prevent segregation of the aggregates and cement-bentonite injection and sealing mixtures with the purpose of increasing their cohesion and adhesion to the base;
- to produce a concrete mixture with a relatively small expenditure of cement;
- increase of concrete strength, water impermeability, and resistance to atmospheric and chemical influences, improve the hardiness and resistance procuratorial chemicals.

The use of CH4:
- reduces the rate of wear and increases the strength of the products;
- reduces water absorption and increases the rate of frost resistance;
- creates conditions in order to secure the degree of compaction of the concrete mix in the absence of adhesion to the formwork or the molding die;
- protects surfaces from getting wet, damage from freezing and cracking;
- reduces the absorption of dust and dirt;
prevents efflorescence.

Dosage:
The recommended dosage is 0.5% to 1.0% by weight of cement. The dosage depends on the activity of the cement. Before applying the admixture is recommended to perform tests and to find the optimal
the dosage!

Application:
CH4 is added to the hydrated state or in a ready mix (depending on the type of mixer). It is recommended to add the impurity as the last component in the final mixture. For
a more precise determination of the mixing time should perform a test batches.
