Ceramic-polymer
thermally conductive dielectric (TCEI) TCEI-2 materials are 100% mi
thin-film silicone elastomers used to manufacture the
heat-conductive elastic gasket and the heat-conducting film electric
insulators in the products of heat, electricity and electronic equipment operating in the
temperature range from -60 º C to + 250 ºC.
Materials series MULTI-2/1 made on the basis of
micron high purity aluminum oxide ceramics, recrystallized in
special technology at temperatures above 2000 ° C (α-Crystalens).
Materials series MULTI-2/2 made on the basis of
micron of oxide and nitride ceramics sintered under a unique technology
in the environment of high-purity nitrogen at temperatures above 1200 ° C (β-Crystalens).
Materials series MULTI-2/3 are made on the basis micron
nitride ceramics.
Materials TCEI-2 are produced in the form of rectangular sheets of a width of 160 mm and a length of 780 mm Thickness sheets
ranges from 0.15 mm
up to 2 mm.
The standard deviation of the thickness from the average does not exceed ±10%. Produced
standard sheets are sized Hm, Hm, Hm.
