Ceramic-polymer thermally conductive
dielectric (TCEI) TCEI-1 materials are 100% silicone
elastomers designed for sealing from the external environment, electric
isolation and providing heat from electronic circuits and microassemblies in
products heat-, electro - and radio equipment operating in the range
temperatures from -60 º C to + 250 ºC.
The compounds of the series TCEI-1/1 made on the basis of
micron high purity aluminum oxide ceramics, recrystallized in
special technology at temperatures above 2000 ° C (α-Crystalens).
The compounds of the series TCEI-1/2 made on the basis of
micron of oxide and nitride ceramics sintered under a unique technology
in the environment of high-purity nitrogen at temperatures above 1200 ° C (β-Crystalens).
The compounds of the series TCEI-1/3 are made on the basis micron
nitride ceramics.
The compounds of each series are available in two versions: L - lung filling with
superior plastic and adhesive properties, as well as reduced
density and hardness; T - heavy filling with elevated
thermal conductivity and electrical resistivity. Supplied
includes liquid compound (component a), a catalyst (hardener (component B),
application instructions. By agreement with the customer comes
sublayer-primer (component b).
