Sberbank and the State Agency on energy efficiency and energy saving of Ukraine, which is the main Manager of the funds allocated to the responsible executor of the specified energy efficiency programs, has developed the following mechanism for the loan.

step 1. The potential borrower selects an item in the store and, after receiving the invoice, provides it to the Bank together with all necessary documents for the loan.

step 2. After determining the Bank granting the loan, the Bank takes the decision to grant credit.

step 3. The borrower shall pay to the seller the initial payment in the amount of 10% of the cost of the boiler and provides the Bank the relevant supporting documents.

step 4. After the conclusion of the credit agreement with a natural person, the Bank provides a loan to the borrower by credit transfer to the account of the seller and the borrower provides the Bank document confirming the receipt of the boiler from the seller.

step 5. State Agency on energy efficiency and energy saving of Ukraine, in turn, transfers of funds funds for the reimbursement of each borrower to 20% of the credit, but not more than 5 thousand UAH. These funds shall be transferred to the current account of the borrower opened with Sberbank.
