Line for production of metal `Siding`
The line is designed to manufacture metal "Siding" type "Herringbone single",
"Herringbone double", "Ship Board" made of galvanized steel sheet thickness of 0.5...0.6 mm, and
also from metal with paint, decorative and protective coating. Production line
metal Siding consists of non-driving rack uncoiling device,
roll forming mill with a filling device, cutting device, receiving
table-conveyor and control Cabinet.
The design of the placement of the shafts with the working tool allows you to quickly
time to revamp the line for production of another type of siding.
The line control is centralized, with control Cabinet, which
enable to smoothly adjust the rolling speed, the number and length of the manufactured
the siding.
