When installed in the pipe stub give a compact form, is lowered into the pipe and fill with compressed air to the working pressure specified in the passport of the product. Extending seal tightly to pipe walls, reliably blocking it.
CHARACTERISTICS OF RUBBER PNEUMATIC PLUGS
Rubber plugs are made of several standard sizes for overlapping pipes of different diameters. It is possible to manufacture the plugs with by-pass (through the pipe).
Rubber plugs are made from durable synthetic fabrics, rubberized airtight layer of chloroprene with good resistance to weathering, open fire, abrasion resistance, low temperature, alkalis, acids, oils, and good ozone resistance. Additionally, the plugs are supplied with sealing rings made of porous rubber for better sealing of the pipeline.
Rubber plugs are resistant to acids and alkalis, which is very important when working in the wastewater. Contained in the flow of hydrocarbons without prejudice to the plugs, even if they remain in the sewers for a few days. Plugs can be operated in the temperature range from-30C to + 50C.
