Description
Rotary dryer is in the sectors of construction, metallurgy, chemical, enriched for drying materials with a certain humidity and particle size.
Principle of operation:
The source material is dosed via the input device in the pipe. Due rotation of the pipe and install it at an angle to the horizon, the material is gradually moves to the bottom of the pipe. Passing the Central part of the pipe, placed in the furnace, the material ongrivitsa to a predetermined temperature. From the bottom of the pipe material is poured through pipe the output device in the receiving tank.
The rate of passage of material through the pipe determines the dwell time of the material in operating temperature and is governed by the combination of two parameters:
- Angle pipe to the horizon with a Jack;
- Speed pipes with remote control.
