Conveyors shipped with scrapers CPS(2M) are designed for transporting powdered, powdery, granular and small-sized with a maximum size up to 15 mm bulk cargoes, including hot with temperatures up to 200°C without forced cooling or up to 450°C under the condition of the cooling conveyor and reduce its performance in 2,5-3 times relative to the maximum. Pets transportation of cargo with temperature up to 700°C with intensive water cooling and at the height of the layer of goods is not more than 30mm, i.e. acceptable performance in this case 9-10 times lower than the maximum.
The route of the conveyor can be horizontal, inclined up to 15, a horizontally inclined with elevation angle of 15° for all conveyors and 30° only for conveyors CPS(2M)-500 TONS and T. Conveyors non-reversing, that is, can transport cargo in one direction only.
