Heaters of black oil PMR
are designed for heating of fuel oil in the heating circuit mastopathies.
The heater of black oil PMR is a horizontal machine consisting of a body, the pipe system is of a rigid design and 2 covers - front and back. In the tubes of the preheater moves the oil in the annulus - steam.
Heated the oil pump, selected based on operating pressure of fuel oil through the supply pipe enters the heat exchanger tube of the apparatus. After 12 moves and warmed to the desired temperature, exits the heater through the pipe drain the oil.
Heating steam through the steam supply pipe flows into the annular space, makes a few moves in longitudinal washing of the greater part of the heating surface. In contact with the surface of heat-exchange tubes vapor condenses, and the condensate flows to the condensate collector and then is discharged through the pipe drain.
Accumulating in the lower part of the body of non-condensable gases (air) are discharged through the pipe air suction.
