Refractometer RSG ― 100ATC is a manual optical device, which can measure the density of sugars in wine, juice, beer wort, water.
Measuring the level of sugar RSG ― 100ATC designed for brewing , but it is also perfect for :
- wine (helps to determine the final alcohol content) ;
- fruit
and vegetables (helps to determine the concentration of sugar in the products
food , crops , plants );
- liquids
when the metal (helps in the maintenance of chillers TNC type
CNC and emulsions, dissolve in water , often used in the production
for control of various liquids).
ATC has two scales: Brix scale ( from 0% to 32%) and a special scale density SG ( from 1,000 to 1,130 by specific gravity)
