Private enterprise "evrobud-P" is a domestic manufacturer of heating and hot water solid fuel boilers of a pyrolysis type "Energy". Our products are intended for heating and water heating (depending on modification) residential buildings, domestic premises, industrial and public buildings.
The main principle of solid fuel boiler "Energy" is a pyrolysis process (the allocation of fuel gas from the fuel), feed it through the nozzle and combustion in II and III the chamber at a temperature of 1100 - 1200 degrees Celsius. At this temperature, the ash, soot and other carbohydrates are burned to the ground. Products of combustion almost does not remain.
Pyrolysis boiler "Energy" has three combustion chambers, large area of heat transfer, provide high efficiency and an efficiency of up to 90-92%.
The characteristic feature of high efficiency, low flue gas temperature, and the absence of soot and other emissions into the atmosphere.
The solid-fuel pyrolized boiler "Energy" at the same time provides hot water. Hot water temperature corresponds to the temperature of the boiler when the flow rate of 15 l / min (optional).
The process of burning all types of fuel in any of its kinds: cutting boards, sawdust, chips, firewood, logs, corn cobs, straw, husks of sunflower seeds and buckwheat etc.
Solid fuel boiler "Energy" is equipped with a safety valve which opens at a pressure of 1.7 to 1.8 ATM. in the system, as well as pressure gauge and thermometer.
Separately, on customer request, mounted the thermo-mechanical temperature controller. Boilers work without electricity.
