Description.
Electric sectional modular boiler SPASM-60M2 is designed for preparation first, second and third dishes for public catering enterprises. The boiler has
to work in areas with climatic conditions at temperatures from 10 to 40 C.
The boiler works in two modes. In the first mode
the first boiler works at full power, and after increasing the pressure in the jacket
to a predetermined upper limit switches on low heat (1/9 power).
After decreasing the pressure to a lower specified limit, the boiler turns back on for
full power. This mode of operation is used when cooking soups, borsch and
other first courses. In the second mode, the boiler operates at full power as long
until the pressure in the jacket reaches the upper preset limit. After that
heaters boiler completely disconnected. Cook until ready products at the expense of
accumulated heat without power consumption. The second mode is used
when boiling milk, cooking jellies, vegetables.
