Description.
The boiling pans boiler KPI-60 is designed for
cooking at the public catering enterprises. The boiler operates in two
modes.The I mode is designed for cooking soups. Bringing content
cooking vessel to boil, the boiler automatically switches to 1/6
the nominal capacity for the implementation of a "quiet boil"
cooking. II mode is used for cooking porridges and beverages. Bringing
the contents of a cooking vessel to boil, the boiler automatically turns off. When
the contents of the cooking vessel is brought to the desired condition for
the expense of the accumulated heat without power consumption.
Electric boilers equipped with pressure gauge indicating the pressure in the water jacket, and relief valve which is activated when the pressure in a water shirt. They are simple and convenient in operation. .
