This is the castle of the XXI century. The basis of the principle of operation is timer electronic-code system, which has found its application in modern locks.
Can only be used as an ordinary mortise lock or a code or key+code. In case if you forget the code, the lock can be opened with the key,and the code can be reprogrammed.The castle is also convenient to use as a collective with access code (for example,can be installed in hotels(offices) and to each door to assign different(or the same) code to enter employees,staff). After three incorrectly entered codewords included sound the siren for 30 seconds and lock will be blocked for 12 minutes.
Electro-mechanical combination lock with microprocessor timer control system is designed for installation in wooden and metal doors of residential premises, public buildings and structures. The lock is designed on the basis of the new concept of creation of systems of protection against unauthorized access to premises. The technical solution of the patented lock.
The castle retains its performance at ambient temperatures from 1 to 40 °C , relative humidity of atmospheric air 80% at 25 °C and atmospheric pressure from 630 to 800 mm Hg.PT.
The lock has a high resistance to cracking. The bolt and the latch allowed to stand for 1 min. applied to them the force of 980 N (100 kg DW). Falevye internal handle shall withstand for 1 min. applied thereto, the impact torque force values of 15 Nm (1.5 kg with m).
The lock is resistant to electrical discharges in accordance with the requirements of GOST 29191-91.
The power lock is supplied from a DC source
6 V and is achieved by using built-four batteries of size AAA voltage 1.5 V.
Lock functional when the supply voltage from 6.0 to 3.0 V.

The number of combinations of access afforded by the electronic timer code lock system is not less than 65000.
Reliability
Castle have to withstand 40000 cycles in daily download mode not less than 50 inputs / outputs.
Latch, HASP, handles and other mechanical parts of the lock have to withstand 200000 cycles in compliance with regulated requirements for the supplied external mechanical loads.
Average life of batteries - at least 1 year to a maximum of 50 input-output during the day.
Average life of the castle - at least 10 years.
