The valve "s Fach.a." zb-8ky 3/4" HV-R with red cap

Application:

Valve security "Fach s.a." zb-8ky 3/4" VN-R. the lever is designed for electric water heaters, as protective element.

Design:

Case valve made of brass CuZn40Pb2, springs from stainless steel, other parts are plastic to the environment work.
Nominal pressure of the safety valve is calibrated at the factory

conditions and not subject to change (may to damage the valve).

Valve model zb-8ky performs the function 3-x valves (see chart on photo):

A. Safety the valve opens draining water through the outlet when the pressure in the tank increases to an acceptable level.

B. Opening the valve, through which water gets in tank don't give her back to mains water in case of a fall pressure.

C. non-Return valve that opens to drain water from the tank back in supply water when pressure in the tank rises and exceeds the pressure power by an amount specified in the specifications. The valve allows to reduce pressure in case it increases, for instance due to heating without water consumption.

Manual to install:

Valve set point with minimal temperature which is higher point with respect to either the outlet of the heat generator or the accumulating device with respect to the direction of passage of fluid, indicated by the arrow. Pipes fit to the inlet should be as short as possible and not to contribute to the accumulation of dirt. Do not install any shut-off devices. Outlet pipe should be as short as possible and may not be less than the pipe to the outlet of the valve.
