A gas generator (burner ) is an equipment designed for the gasification of carbonaceous raw materials (sawdust, wood waste, firewood, buckwheat husk , sunflower , peat, pellets, etc.) with simultaneous combustion of gasification products, with the aim of obtaining thermal energy. And the peat and brown coal with size fractions of 0.1 to 10 mm. the Moisture content of fuel combusted shall not exceed 50%, and for peat and lignite does not exceed 25%, with higher humidity, the fuel must be dried. The ash content of the fuel should be no more than 25%.
Plants are used for modernization of existing steam or hot water boilers operating on natural gas, fuel oil or coal and transfer them to alternative, cheaper fuel.
