Rigid frame and cast tables reduce vibration and maintain accuracy for a long period of time.

1 - longitudinal planing;

2 - longitudinal and transverse cutting;

3 - milling surfaces of various configurations (depending on the profile cutters);

4 - face grinding and surlily-patalyne works.

The machine consists of three major components: a longitudinal-milling, saw-milling and drilling-milling. The units are mounted on a common base. All three units are United by a spindle in the middle part of which is mounted a cutter shaft on one end — trehkanatnoy self-centering Chuck to install the drill or end mill, the other a mandrel to install the circular saw or milling cutter.

The spindle is driven through V-belt transmission from the electric motor, mounted on a plate inside the base. From the top to the base is attached to milling unit with automatic document feeder the Machine ensures high productivity and quality of machined parts.
