4mm tmksch technical GOST 7338-90
Technical GOST 7338-90 is special rubber products, which are unstable to the effects of oil, heat, acid, cold, petrol and alkali. It is used in the production of rubber, designed to seal connections, namely to reduce or eliminate friction between the metal and other surfaces (as a kind of gasket).
Heat-frost-acid-alkali-resistant rubber plates (rubber plates tmksch) are intended for the manufacture of products from rubber, which provide good seals fixed metal joints, to prevent friction between the surfaces, for perception of rare impact. Also used as decking, shims, and other compounds.
Tmksch rubber plates can be used in such working conditions as:
at a pressure of from 0.05 to 0.4 MPa, - air tanks, premises, nitrogen, inert gases, fresh water, marine, waste no
organic solvents, salt solutions with a concentration of maximum saturation; at a pressure of 0.05 to 10.0 MPa acid alkali concentration up to 20%.
Rubber plates tmksch parts look molded and not molded.
Molded rubber plates tmksch are made by curing in molds for vulcanizing presses special.
Non-molded industrial rubber plates tmksch are made by two technologies, or vulcanized rubber plates in special boilers, or on the presses of continuous action.
