Vibration measurements in the workplace, the sources of vibration

· The musculoskeletal system;

· Cardiovascular;

· Dizziness and stuff.

To measure vibration at workplaces are different devices (mechanical, electric).

Mechanical the device will allow to calculate the amplitude of the oscillations and displacements. Features fibroscopes, it will touch the vibrating surface of the studied mechanism. However, accurate results, this apparatus does not guarantee, because the surface may be a gap, but when measuring vibration - inertia.

Accurate data (speed of vibration, displacement, acceleration) can be obtained by applying in work electric measuring device.

If vibration measurements are performed on stationary equipment at work location select the measuring point and the sensor is attached to the seat specialist (working site). Measurements should be carried out in two orientations: horizontal, vertical.

If the measurement held on manual machines (vibration in the process is transferred to the hands specialist) a device is attached at the contact of the hands of the employee vibrating equipment surface.
