Automatic machine is designed for bending spacer used in insulating glass units. Having a wide range of applications, this machine replaces the traditional corner connections, so as at once to give the frame the shape of a convex polygon. Automatic machine to bend the aluminum frame of different specifications and sizes, giving them different shapes. The curved frame design ensures good sealing effect and long service life of the glazing. Machine for flexible spacers is equipped with a PLC control system. The user friendly interface allows user to easily adjust all operating parameters. Seroprevalence supply system is equipped with CNC that allows delivery of the framework automatically. In addition, this machine can be adjusted for a flexible framework of large size. There is also a protective device, made of stainless steel, which protects the scope from damage during bending.
