Form of a cylindrical cheese up to 3 kg type "Estonian", "Sausage".
In this form we get cheese in the form of a rounded cylinder weighing up to 3 kg. size: D=100 mm. height up to 320 mm.
In a complete set of forms includes: plastic base and cover-press rounded shape with fixed perforated liners stainless steel food; welded perforated sides stainless steel food.
Compression is performed in the following way : in a plastic framework installed side by side, poured the curds, which cover with a lid and put under the press. Through the holes in the perforated the elements and the holes in the plastic base shape during the pressing separating serum.
