Form of a cylindrical cheese up to 2 kg of type "Estonian", "Sausage".
In this form we get cheese in the form of a rounded cylinder weighing up to 2 kg. size: D=100 mm. height up to 200 mm.
In a complete set of forms includes: plastic base and cover the press with a rounded shape, with fixed perforated liners stainless steel food; welded perforated sides stainless steel food.
The pressing is carried out as follows : plastic base installed side by side, poured the curds, which cover with a lid and put under the press. Through the holes in the perforated the elements and the holes in the plastic base shape during the pressing separating serum.
