Installation of pressing and cooling of cottage cheese UPT series certified.
Units and parts of plants in contact with the product are made of materials approved by Ministry of health of the Russian Federation for use in the food industry.
The main functional part of the set-UPT is a tubular drum, which is loaded with bags of curd Calle. When the drum rotates there is a process of pressing the cheese. Cooling of the cheese is ensured with liquid coolant (ice water), which circulates in the tubular contour of the rotating drum. The direction of rotation of the drum changes reversing magnetic starter.
Detachable pressing process of cheese whey is collected in a removable tub that is located under the tubular drum. The bottom of the tub to collect the whey has a tilt angle toward the drain hole and comes with elbow with socket connection.
