The throttle ПГ77-12, ПГ77-14

   Chokes ПГ77-12 and ПГ77-14 used in hydraulic systems for regulating the speed of the output link of the hydraulic volume by controlling the oil flow.

    When the throttle method of regulation in the hydraulic system is set adjustable hydraulic resistance a choke which restricts the flow of oil supplied to the hydraulic motor.

Technical features ПГ77-12 and ПГ7714:

- Diameter conditional pass – 10mm (ПГ77-12) and 20mm (ПГ77-14)

- Oil consumption nominal – 20 l/min(ПГ77-12) and 80L/min (ПГ77-14)

- Oil consumption minimum – 0,06 l/min(ПГ77-12) and 0.12 l/min (ПГ77-14)

- Working the maximum pressure is 20mpa

- pressure drop in the throttle not less than – 03 MPa

- Connection – butt

- mass - 2.6 kg (ПГ77-12) and 5.2 kg (ПГ77-14)

    The chokes type ПГ77-1 used in hydraulic systems when you turn on the outlet of the cylinder, the entrance to the cylinder and a branch from the discharge line.

    When you turn the choke on the inlet or outlet of the cylinder pump operates under constant pressure, determined by the setting of the safety valve through which excess oil leaving the pump is drained into the tank. Leakage at the pump in this case affect speed of movement of the piston.

    The power consumed pump in all operating conditions is constant and does not depend on the load.

    When you enable throttle in a branch from the discharge line safety valve is normally closed and pass through the oil only when the system is overloaded. In this case, leakage in the pump with increasing loads affect the speed of the piston. The power consumed by the pump, depends load.
