Hot water solid fuel boiler series KSV-R refers to the type of
three-pass fire-tube boilers to heat water to the maximum
temperature 95 degrees with a maximum allowable pressure of 0.3 MPa.
Combustion takes place in special furnaces of the type of TSP with rolling
chain bars, which provide continuous dosing
distribution, combustion of coal and removal of ash at the end of the flame tube
unit. The air supplied for combustion of coal, distributed to
separate streams and directed to separate zones. In this design
the combustion device may separate the control of each of the threads
depending on calorific value, moisture and ash content of the fuel.
