1. Rimol, options. The Euro is used in these types of mechanical metal processing:

TECHNOLOGICAL MANUAL

To ensure long-term operation of all types Coolant, including coolant ― "Rimol, modif. Euro" recommended:

1. Remove old, rotted coolant from the machine or from the gas tank.
2. To clean the inner surface of the gas tank from dirt, sediment, etc.
3. Rinse the gas tank with a solution of ordinary detergent funds (soda) and remove it.
4. Rinse gas tank with disinfectant solution means and to remove it.
5. Mix the coolant concentrate before use.
6. Example of preparation of 100 kg 5% solution of the working coolant from concentrate:

Ø 95 kg of cold water to pour 5 kg of concentrate "Rimol, options. Euro" and mechanically mix.

Ø Preparation of solution a coolant can be conducted directly in the machine.

Ø Note: to heat the solution, the coolant is not necessary.

Ø Received a 5% working solution translucent coolant from white to light yellow in color ready to work with high technical-operational properties.
